Reset Smoothie No#1

You had a bit too much at a festive dinner last night? This smoothie is the perfect way to refresh and reset your body, reduce inflammation, stabilize blood sugar and give yourself a nourishing boost. 🥑🍏🥒🥬🫚

Ingredients:

  • 3 Mini or 1/2 Regular Cucumber

  • 1/2 Green Apple

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks

  • 1 Cup Spinach

  • 1 Cup Mint

  • 2 Cups Coconut Water

  • 1/2 Lemon

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Taste and adjust for sweetness or thickness.
Serve chilled with ice and enjoy!

This should be your meal replacement for the morning. If you can fast, remember to extend it to 14-16 hours. 😉
